Frank is classically trained in French and Lebanese cuisine. He fine tuned his skills as an Executive Chef in Los Angeles and Costa Rica before dedicating himself full time to Belly FedBetter in 2008. As a well traveled food glutton he brings a voracious love of food and a diverse culinary repertoire to the kitchen.

Tab worked in the restaurant industry in Long Beach, California for fifteen years before moving to Costa Rica to manage a local restaurant and open her own catering company. Since then she has worked tirelessly to grow and improve Belly Fedbetter services and as the first point of contact for our clients she ensures everything runs smooth and all the details are perfect for every meal, wedding or event!
